1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") govern your access to and use of the y9888 platform, including all information, tools, content, betting services and related functionality made available at https://y9888.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.

4 Account Eligibility

5 Account Registration & Security

5.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual User is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices or identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances across all identified accounts.

5.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. y9888 will never request your password via email, chat or telephone. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. y9888 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

5.4 KYC Verification

6 Platform Use & Acceptable Conduct

You agree to use the y9888 Platform solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You must not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair its operation, or interfere with any other user's enjoyment of the Platform.

Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use automated bots, scrapers, scripts or any non-human means to interact with the Platform;
• Transmit any malware, viruses, spyware or other malicious code;
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any other person or entity;
• Use the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction connected to criminal activity;
• Publish, share or transmit content that is defamatory, offensive, obscene or in violation of any third-party rights.

7 Deposits & Payments

7.1 Accepted Payment Methods

y9888 supports a range of payment methods suited to Pakistani users. Familiar local services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah may be referenced as contextual examples. 7.2 Minimum & Maximum Deposits

8 Withdrawals

Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment instruments not registered in your name will not be processed.

8.2 Processing Times

8.3 Withdrawal Fees

Platform-side withdrawal fees, if any, are disclosed in the cashier prior to transaction confirmation. Third-party fees charged by payment providers or correspondent banks are outside y9888's control and are borne by the User.

8.4 Right to Withhold Withdrawals

y9888 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse or any other breach of these Terms.

9 Bonuses & Promotions

9.1 Bonus Eligibility

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives available on y9888 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions. Users must meet the stated eligibility criteria to qualify for any offer.

9.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover"). Until the full wagering requirement has been met, bonus-linked funds cannot be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement requires the User to stake a total of PKR 100,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. 9.3 Bonus Validity

Bonuses have a limited validity period. Unused bonus funds or unmet wagering requirements that remain outstanding after the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation. Expiry dates are stated in each promotion's terms.

9.4 Abuse of Bonuses

y9888 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: structured low-risk betting to fulfil wagering requirements, exploiting game contribution weightings, and coordinated play between multiple accounts. Any User found to be abusing promotional offers will have their bonus funds forfeited and may have their account permanently closed.

10 Betting Rules

All wagers placed on y9888 are subject to the following general rules, as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed within the relevant section of the Platform:

• Bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the official results declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the International Cricket Council for ICC tournaments, the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches);
• y9888 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced where the outcome was already known to the User at the time of placement ("late betting");
• In the event of a system error that results in incorrectly displayed odds, y9888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Users' accounts;
• Accumulator/parlay bets require all selections to be successful. A single voided leg may be treated as a non-runner and the odds recalculated accordingly, subject to the specific market rules;
• All bets are accepted in PKR or the account's supported currency at the time of placement. Currency fluctuations do not retroactively affect settled bets;
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per market are displayed in the betting interface and are subject to change.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on y9888 and will result in account suspension, permanent closure and potential forfeiture of all funds:

• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one registered account under any combination of identities, email addresses or devices;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to manipulate betting outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematically exploiting price discrepancies in a manner deemed contrary to normal recreational play;
• Match Fixing: Placing any bet connected to the deliberate manipulation of a sporting event's outcome;
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment reversals with your payment provider after funds have been received and used;
• Underage Gambling: Accessing the Platform if you are under the minimum age requirement;
• Use of VPN or Proxy: Circumventing geographic restrictions using virtual private networks, proxy servers or anonymisation tools to access the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.

12 Intellectual Property

All content published on y9888 — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of y9888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from y9888.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, y9888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from wagering or gambling activities;
• Errors, omissions or inaccuracies in Platform content;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials;
• System downtime, technical failures or interruptions caused by Force Majeure events;
• Decisions made by Users in reliance on Platform content, guides or educational materials.

Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability, y9888's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14 Responsible Gambling

y9888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling as an integral part of its platform values. The following principles and tools apply:

Any withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard verification procedures.

y9888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has breached these Terms, provided false registration information, engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 11, or where continued account operation would create a legal, regulatory or reputational risk for the Platform.

15.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 12 (Intellectual Property), 13 (Limitation of Liability) and 16 (Governing Law) — shall continue in full force and effect.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary license, without regard to conflict of law provisions. y9888 does not claim to be governed by Pakistani law, nor does it hold any license issued by a Pakistani regulatory authority.

In the event of a dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting y9888 support at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days, the parties may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or other dispute resolution mechanisms specified by the applicable operator license conditions.

17 Amendments to These Terms

y9888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where practicable, we will provide advance notice of material changes via the Platform or by email to registered users.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 15.1.
